- We aim to interview in the school that is looking to place a trainee, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
- The interview will consist of a range of tasks designed to test your knowledge and skills to become an effective teacher.
- During the interview, you will be assessed by a panel that may include representatives from Josie Thirkhill Institute of Education, the ITT provider and a member of the senior leadership team from our partner school.
